Upcoming Workshop: Drama of The Workplace

About the Workshop

Workplace politics is often misunderstood as manipulation or intent-driven behaviour. In reality, it shows up in subtler ways—unspoken rules, informal power, quiet preferences, and moments where silence feels safer than speaking up.

Drama of the Workplace: Navigating Through Invisible Politics is a 3-hour theatre-based experiential workshop designed to help participants understand and navigate these everyday dynamics with greater awareness and choice.

Instead of lectures or role-play with right answers, the workshop uses theatre techniques such as Forum Theatre and Theatre of the Oppressed to bring real workplace situations to life. Participants witness, reflect on, and interact with scenarios that mirror common organisational experiences, allowing deeper insight into power, bias, preference, communication, and decision-making.

The focus is not on fixing people or offering quick tips, but on building clarity—helping participants recognise what is actually happening in workplace interactions and how they want to respond.
