The workshop will help you explore your routine decisions and emotional management, it will help you understand how defense mechanisms shapes our behaviors and help us manage our conflicts better.
This workshop will also give you an overview of defense mechanisms which people around us can carry and how understanding them will help us being more aware and inclusive in routine.
This is a unique workshop designed for Corporate Leaders, Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Champions, Human Resource Enablers, Psychologists, Students & Any one who is looking for a forum to understand their defense mechanisms
The delivery and design will include elements of Preparatory Theatre
The flow is designed in a way to involve the participants in immersive theatre based activities, followed by relevant debrief.

Yogesh is a combination of empathy, energy and creativity. With ambition of an artist and mindset of an engineer he believes in doing things with a difference. His varied experience and interests confirms the same. He has a Post Graduate Degree in Direction from Film and Television Institute of India, Master’s Degree in HRM & LR from the prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and Bachelor’s in Pharmacy from the prestigious Institute of Chemical Technology (UDCT).
He is also a certified “Drama Based Trainer” Working with new age themes and visualizing future changes are the key traits which has helped him address themes like unconscious bias, mental health in the corporate space. His scope of work has also given him the chance of performing with likes of Shahrukh Khan,Kapil Sharma and Riteish Deshmukh.
